Hello 1981, you really need to meet 2020.  A young family moving back to Chapel Hill from Texas fell in love with the potential this home offered.  Room sizes were good but too closed off.  Not enough light.  Not quite right.  So we changed all that.  Most every room is the house was touched starting with the kitchen.  We moved walls, reconfigured the layout and made room for a beautiful center island that pops with color.  Add some fun and whimsy with cement wall tile.  Modern, clean, fresh.  The other real transformation was the master bathroom.  Tile everywhere, dramatic walk in shower with hidden floor drain and sensational built ins for storage finish it off to perfection!
